Mr.Kandaruku William
An associate of Uganda youth with disabilities association. He represents the youth with disabilities in Bukedea. He always helps to support families and communities with needs such as lobbying from the authorities for them as well as help them get scholarships for the the students that want to go to school. For the past three years, he has helped 7 students up to university level.
